• arrow_forward How much does it cost to create a rota that supports WhatsApp reminders?
  By default rotas are free to create, but only support email reminders. By paying £1.00 GBP a free rota can be upgraded at any time to a rota which supports WhatsApp reminders to improve the accessiblity of rotas and boost engagement with those that might not commonly use/check email.
• arrow_forward How much does it cost to create a rota that supports up to 50 people/participants?
  By default rotas are free to create, but are limited to 15 participants/sign-ups. By paying £1.50 GBP for a normal rota or £2.50 GBP for a WhatsApp enabled rota, a rota can be upgraded at any time to a Large rota which increases the limit from 15 to 50 participants.

• arrow_forward What is your refund and dispute policy?
  If you have any problems with a paid rota you can contact us using our contact form. We will endeavour to do our best to fix the problem ASAP, but if we are unable we will offer a full refund for the paid rota concerned.
• arrow_forward What is your cancellation policy?
  If you change your mind about upgrading a rota to a paid rota, you can cancel the upgrade within 14-days of purchasing it, so long as you have not exceeded the 15 participant/sign-up limit imposed on free rotas, or used any other paid features. To cancel please contact us using our contact form.
