How much does it cost to upgrade a rota to support up to 50 sign-ups?

By default rotas are free to create, but are limited to 15 participants/sign-ups. For £1.50 GBP a rota can be upgraded at any time to increase the sign-up limit from 15 to 50 participants. This upgrade is currently only available for those based in the United Kingdom.
How much does it cost to upgrade a rota to support up to 50 occurrences?

By default rotas are free to create, with up to 50 occurrences, however by default only the first 15 occurrences are active and usable in the final rota. For £3.00 GBP a rota can be upgraded at any time to increase the occurrence limit from 15 to 50, assuming the rota was originally created including more than 15 occurrences. This upgrade is currently only available for those based in the United Kingdom. Note: occurrences can only be added when the rota is created, so if you would like more than 15, please add these when you create the rota, and then on the next page upgrade to unlock them.
Can I get both the 50 sign-ups and 50 occurrences upgrades together?

Yes — both upgrades can be purchased together for £4.05 GBP, saving 10% compared to buying them separately. This is currently only available for those based in the United Kingdom.

What is your refund and dispute policy?

If you have any problems with a paid rota you can contact us using our contact form. We will endeavour to do our best to fix the problem ASAP, but if we are unable we will offer a full refund for the paid rota concerned.
What is your cancellation policy?

If you change your mind about upgrading a rota, you can cancel within 14 days of purchasing, so long as you have not made use of the upgraded limits (i.e. you have not exceeded 15 sign-ups or 15 occurrences on a rota upgraded for those limits). To cancel please contact us using our contact form.
